Every bond we create\u2014whether intimate, familial, social, or professional\u2014every type of relationship\u2014whether affectionate, superficial, or competitive\u2014follows patterns that, when abstracted, reveal shapes and tones that define its nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Every relationship begins with an encounter: two people converging at a specific time and place. In geometric terms, each individual is a point, a singularity with the potential for connection. When two points meet, a line emerges, the primary link between individuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This project, developed as part of the group exhibition \u201cRoten Faden\u201d in Lagenfeld, D\u00fcsseldorf in 2019, proposes an analysis of human geometry as a tool for observing relationships and their fundamental components: connection, distance, hierarchy, balance, and evolution. Color, for its part, introduces the emotional nuance, the mood, and the energy that permeates each relationship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through this visual and conceptual dissection, the exhibition proposes a series of questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>How are our relationships shaped over time?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Are there recurring patterns in the way we connect with others?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Can we identify and transform our own relational patterns?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The Art of Human Relationships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This exhibition redefines nude photography through the geometry of human relationships. It's not about individual bodies, but about the interaction between them: the way they touch, move apart, tense up, and intertwine. The Point and the Line: The Meeting and the Distance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A single body is just a point in space. Two bodies create a line, a connection. In this section, photography explores how bodies approach and move apart, the tension in minimal gestures, and the relationship between contact and distance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bodies barely touching, generating invisible lines of energy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hands and feet aligned, tracing geometric paths in the air.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. The Triangle: Power and Balance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When a third body enters the picture, a triangle emerges. Photography, in this respect, studies how three bodies can express hierarchies, alliances, conflicts, and harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bodies in mutually supportive positions, forming stable triangular structures, or suggesting asymmetry and imbalance, where weight and tension are distributed in a calculated or unequal manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. The Circle: Union and Fusion<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In this part, the photographic composition focuses on bodies organized in circular structures, representing community, fluidity, and belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Human figures intertwined in a spiral, suggesting continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Circles formed by arms, legs and torsos, where there is no distinguishable beginning or end.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Polygons and Networks: Relational Complexity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Human interactions are not always simple. As more bodies enter the scene, the geometric compositions become intricate, reflecting the web of human relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bodies interconnected in angular positions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intertwined figures, reflecting the complexity of interpersonal relationships.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. The Spiral: Movement and Transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the final section, the photography explores the evolution of relationships through movement. Here, bodies are no longer static, but rotate, entangle, and release themselves in dynamic spirals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Captures at different stages of movement, generating a transformation effect.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Photographs in long exposure, creating a sense of flow and change.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Geometry of the Body, Geometry of the Relation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This project not only visually represents our connections, but also invites the viewer to reflect on the geometry of their own relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are all relationships destined to change? How do we distinguish between the connections we should preserve and those we should let go of? What category do my closest relationships fall into? Am I trapped in a hierarchical structure I wish to change? How does my network of relationships evolve over time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geometry and color offer us the unique opportunity to once again use the alternative language of art to perceive not only an aesthetic experience, but also to offer a new way of visualizing and reinterpreting our relational world.
